OFFICIAL RULES - REBIRTH OF CHAMPIONS

Name and Sponsor. The Rebirth of Champions Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Rebirth”) is sponsored and administered by Champions Houston LLC (“Champions” or “Sponsor”), located at 6440 West Sam Houston Parkway South,
Houston, TX 77072. For inquiries regarding the Giveaway, Sponsor’s telephone number is (281) 688-5756, and Sponsor’s email address is info@championsclubtexas.com.

Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who at the time of entry and at the time of the applicable drawing are at least eighteen (18) years old and are either legal residents of Texas or physically present in Texas when entering, subject to Sponsor’s ability to verify the entrant’s eligibility. The following are not eligible for the Giveaway: Employees of any company or any individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Giveaway, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, and children living in the same household) of the individuals set forth above. “Employees” includes officers and directors. 

Entrants must satisfy all lawful admission and participation requirements applicable to Champions’ private poker club, except that no purchase, paid play, or club membership is required to enter through the free Alternate Method of Entry described below. A Giveaway entry earned via play time will not have greater odds of winning than a free entry.

Proof of legal United States residency, age, and eligibility verification may be required. Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on January 16, 2027 (“Entry Period”), unless terminated earlier by the Sponsor at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Entry Period is divided into multiple drawing periods, as outlined below (each a “Drawing Period”). An entry must be received and recorded by Sponsor during the applicable Drawing Period to be eligible for that Drawing Period’s drawing. 

The Royal Champion

Overview

The Royal Champion phase of the Giveaway (October 1, 2026 – January 14, 2027) features two daily progressive jackpots:

1. Morning Royal Champion Jackpot — Drawing at 2 PM Central Time

2. Evening Royal Champion Jackpot — Drawing at 10 PM Central Time

Each Royal Champion board (one for morning drawings and one for evening drawings) begins with 106 sealed cards – enough cards for two drawings per day beginning October 1, 2026, through January 14, 2027. Each Royal Champion board will initially contain the following cards: 

1. 54 standard deck cards, including 2 Jokers (no value or prize awarded)

2. 1 Royal Champion card, signifying the Royal Champion jackpot has been won

3. 1 × Series Main Event Seats

4. 1 × $500 Cash

5. 10 × $100 Cash

6. 10 × 5 Hours Playing Time

7. 10 × 3 Hours Playing Time

8. 10 × $50 Merchandise Credit

9. 9 × $25 Food Vouchers

Daily Drawing Periods occur as follows: 

1. One entry will be drawn each day at 2 PM Central Time from entries earned that day during the 10 AM–2 PM session.

2. One entry will be drawn each day at 10 PM Central Time from entries earned that day during the 6 PM–10 PM session.

3. The winner must be physically present on Sponsor’s property and either on an active playing list or seated in a tournament at the time of drawing to win a prize (free entrants must be physically present at the designated location in Sponsor’s hotel); selected individuals have 5 minutes after their name is announced to claim their prize; if they do not, the individual forfeits the prize and another entry will be drawn.

4. The winner will select one sealed card from the applicable Royal Champion board.

5. The winner will receive the applicable prize associated with the drawn card (and that card is removed from the board). 

Each Royal Champion card signifies a progressive jackpot beginning at $2,500.

1. Each time the Royal Champion card is not drawn, the jackpot increases by $200.

2. The morning and evening jackpots progress independently of one another.

3. When the Royal Champion card is drawn, that jackpot is awarded. Thereafter, the Royal Champion card is randomly returned to the board along with additional no value cards so that the board contains 106 total cards.

4. The jackpot that was won then resets to $2,500 and begins progressing again.

The Royal Champion campaign features up to $50,000 in total promotional value, including Royal Champion jackpot payouts and additional cash and promotional prizes.

The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of each winner, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Prizes are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion for any reason and without notice. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries during each applicable Drawing Period. 

Entering the Royal Champion

Royal Champion entries are earned during two separate daily drawing periods.

MORNING SESSION — 10 AM TO 2 PM CENTRAL TIME

1. Earn 1 entry for every full hour played from 10 AM–2 PM.

2. Be seated and clocked in by 10 AM to receive 5 bonus entries (must play a full hour to qualify). 

3. Play the entire 10 AM–2 PM session to receive another 5 bonus entries.

4. Earn up to 14 Royal Champion entries during the morning session.

EVENING SESSION — 6 PM TO 10 PM CENTRAL TIME 

1. Earn 1 entry for every full hour played from 6 PM–10 PM.

2. Be seated and clocked in by 6 PM to receive 5 bonus entries (must play a full hour to qualify).

3. Play the entire 6 PM–10 PM session to receive another 5 bonus entries.

4. Earn up to 14 Royal Champion entries during the evening session.

Entries earned during the 10 AM–2 PM session are valid only for that day’s 2 PM drawing. Entries earned during the 6 PM–10 PM session are valid only for that day’s 10 PM drawing. No Royal Champion entries carry over from one Drawing Period to the next.

Free Entry Method

Any person who otherwise meets the Giveaway’s eligibility requirements may obtain free entries by registering with the Sponsor’s front desk staff and being physically present at a designated location in the Sponsor’s hotel. Free entrants may participate in both daily Drawing Periods (morning and evening). As with entries earned by playing members, free entries are capped at 14 per Drawing Period and are earned in the following manner:

1. Earn 1 entry for every full hour present in the designated location. 

2. Register with designated front desk staff by 10 AM or 6 PM (per the applicable Drawing Period) to receive 5 bonus entries (must remain at the designated location for a full hour to qualify).

3. Remain at the designated location for the entire session to receive another 5 bonus entries.

Free entrants are not required to do anything specific while on-site (e.g., hear a membership pitch, play poker, purchase anything, etc.). A free entrant’s registration and physical presence is sufficient. 

Free entries will have the same odds of winning as entries earned through play time. Free entries will also carry over to the Rebirth Finale, as described below, in the same manner as entries earned via play time. Provision of personal information sufficient to verify eligibility will be required. 

Rebirth Finale

Drawings for the Rebirth Finale phase of the Giveaway will take place on January 15 and 16, 2027, from 2:30 PM–10 PM Central Time each day. There will be 16 drawings on January 15 and 17 drawings on January 16, with one winner selected per drawing until all mystery prizes have been awarded. Total potential prizes are valued at approximately $100,000.

Finale Day One — $50,000 approximate value across 16 mystery prizes

• 1 prize of $10,000

• 5 prizes of $5,000

• 5 prizes of $2,000

• 5 prizes of $1,000

Finale Day Two — $50,000 approximate value across 17 mystery prizes

• 1 Grand Prize of $25,000

• 1 prize of $5,000

• 5 prizes of $2,000

• 10 prizes of $1,000

When a winning entry is drawn, the winner selects one mystery envelope and opens it to reveal a prize. Mystery prizes can be selected in any order, except that the $25,000 prize will only be included in drawings occurring on January 16, 2027.

The selected individual must be physically present on Sponsor’s property and actively playing in a cash game at the time of drawing to receive a mystery prize (free entrants must be physically present at the designated location at Sponsor’s hotel). Selected individuals have 5 minutes after their name is announced to claim their mystery prize; if they do not, the individual forfeits the prize and another entry will be drawn.

Winning entries are removed from the pool of potential future winners, but a winner’s other entries remain in the pool and are eligible for future drawings. 

Entering the Rebirth Finale

Rebirth Finale entries can be earned from October 1, 2026 – January 14, 2027, via the following activities: 

1. Earn 1 entry for every full hour of cash-game play.

2. Earn 1 entry for every Sponsor tournament entry.

3. Play a session of 4 hours or longer and receive 5 bonus entries.

4. All non-winning entries earned during the Royal Champion phase of the Giveaway automatically become entries in the Rebirth Finale.

All non-winning free entries earned during the Royal Champion phase will be included in Rebirth Finale drawings. In addition, free entrants can earn additional Rebirth Finale entries from October 1, 2026 – January 14, 2027, by registering and being physically present at the designated location in Sponsor’s hotel at a rate of 1 entry per complete hour of physical presence, plus 5 bonus entries for 4 continuous hours of physical presence.

General Terms and Conditions

Disqualification. Each entrant represents and warrants that his/her entry conforms to these Official Rules and understands that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify the entry for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor in no way promotes illegal acts, and all entries that include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process are void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries per person by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void any entry by that entrant and could result in disqualification from this Giveaway or any future promotions by the Sponsor and at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Prize Conditions. Prizes are awarded “As Is” without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash redemption except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including any applicable federal, state, city, and local taxes. If applicable, winners will be issued upon request an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of any prize.

Winner Notification and Verification. Winners will be notified in-person as in-person presence is a condition of claiming a prize. 

Awarding a prize is subject to verification of a potential winner’s eligibility and full compliance with these rules, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. To claim a prize, Sponsor may require the winner to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release forms, and other applicable documents. At Sponsor’s discretion, winner may be required to produce a photo ID or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or declines to accept a prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these rules, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes in the relevant category. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. 

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to follow these rules. In the event of any discrepancy between these rules and any other Giveaway-related materials, the terms of these rules shall prevail.

Limitation of Liability and Release of Claims. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim, cause of action, or liability arising from or related to the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, receipt, or use of any prize. Entrants agree that under no circumstances will they be permitted to obtain any award for, and hereby waive all rights to, claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, or other money damages. All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for: (a) lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) any error, human or technical, in the processing of entries, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of prizes or winners; or (c) government action or inaction, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, riots, work stoppages, delays, postponements, inclement weather, rescheduling, or any other events outside their control.

Governing Law and Disputes. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflicts of laws principles. Entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved solely by Sponsor, and Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and waive all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Giveaway or accepting a prize, entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use and publish the entrant’s name, image, likeness, and biographical information in any media to promote the Giveaway without additional compensation.

Use of Data. Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants including, without limitation, complete name, zip code, email address, and phone number. Entrants agree that Sponsor is entitled to use personal data contained in all entries in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Sponsor’s privacy policy. Each entrant agrees that Sponsor, or its designee, has the right to contact entrant by telephone, email, text message, or regular mail. Entrants may opt-out of receiving future communications as set forth in Sponsor’s privacy policy or as provided within any such marketing materials.

Modification and Cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway or Sponsor’s ability to award prize as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

Miscellaneous. Sponsor will administer the Giveaway in a manner consistent with these rules and applicable law. If any provision of these rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
