Champions Group LLC – Device Compliance Policy
Purpose
This compliance policy ensures that all devices accessing Champions Group LLC’s resources meet security and configuration requirements to protect corporate data.
Compliance Requirements
1. Password Policies:
• Devices must use strong passwords (minimum 8 characters, including upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Devices must have an automatic lock set after 5 minutes of inactivity.
2. Encryption:
• All devices must have full-disk encryption enabled (e.g., BitLocker for Windows, FileVault for macOS).
• Mobile devices must encrypt data stored on the device.
3. Software Updates:
• Devices must have the latest operating system updates installed.
• Critical security patches must be applied within 7 days of release.
4. Allowed Applications:

• Unapproved or malicious applications must be removed immediately upon detection.
5. Device Health:
• Devices must have anti-virus software installed and updated regularly.
• Devices must not be jailbroken or rooted.
6. Remote Management:
• By enrolling in MDM, users agree that Champions Group LLC may remotely wipe corporate data or enforce policies in case of a security breach.
Non-Compliance Actions
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in:
1. Restricted access to corporate resources.
2. Notifications to the user and manager for corrective action.
3. Device removal from MDM and corporate access.
