Introduction
Welcome to Champions Group LLC. To protect corporate data and ensure a secure digital environment, all users enrolling devices in our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system must agree to the following Terms of Use.
Purpose
This document outlines the responsibilities and expectations for employees or users who access corporate resources on managed devices.
Key Terms
1. Ownership:
• Devices enrolled in the MDM system may be monitored and managed by Champions Group LLC.
• Corporate policies apply to all enrolled devices, whether company-owned or personally owned (BYOD).
2. Data Access:
• Enrolling your device allows Champions Group LLC to secure, monitor, and, if necessary, delete corporate data.
• Personal data will not be accessed unless required by law.
3. Compliance:
• Users must adhere to company policies, including but not limited to password policies, encryption requirements, and software usage rules.
4. Usage Restrictions:
• Enrolled devices must not be used for illegal activities, downloading unauthorized applications, or activities that violate company policies.
5. Termination:
• Failure to comply with these Terms of Use may result in loss of access to corporate resources and disciplinary action.
