Windows Information Protection (WIP) is a security framework designed to secure corporate information while enabling employees to work productively. By using devices configured with WIP policies, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Key Terms
1. Data Protection:
• All corporate data on managed devices is protected under WIP policies, including encryption, application controls, and usage restrictions.
2. Allowed Applications:
• Only approved applications (as listed in the Device Compliance Policy) may access corporate data.
• Attempts to use unapproved apps with corporate data will be automatically restricted.
3. Personal and Corporate Data Separation:
• WIP ensures corporate data is separated from personal data. Personal data will not be monitored or managed unless required for legal or compliance purposes.
4. Device Monitoring and Management:
• By enrolling in WIP, you acknowledge that Champions Group LLC may monitor and enforce security policies on your device to protect corporate data.
5. Data Removal:
• In case of a security breach, loss of device, or termination of employment, Champions Group LLC reserves the right to remove corporate data remotely from your device.
